Maybe more people will commit to engage in NIL collective after seeing the absolute talent deficiency we're dealing with on the football field. It's obvious that the level we want to playbat requires bigger, faster, stronger players.

Coaching is not going to matter if we can't buy a good roster. It's the present reality and AD and staff have little to do with it anymore.
