I normally love your posts, as you undoubtedly know from our lengthy history of generally being on similar pages, but I'll post whatever I want -- I don't need your permission.

I'll also enjoy / make fun of Beamer misfortune at every available opportunity. Nothing insane about that.

Edit -- and not sure why you feel compelled to defend some kid that squarely dicked our program over. He's not transferring here.

Ditto and I am not telling you you need my permission, RF, and I hate Beamer too, he’s a punk. I was as let down as anyone when he flipped. He was under a ton of pressure from family, coaches, friends. It sucks. You’re still my boy but just don’t think we should demonize the kid for flipping

Fair enough.

I thought it was actually pretty tame, certainly wasn't demonizing him. But I'm not going to apologize for hoping that his time at South Carolina blows.

Really, I hope they don't win another game this season.

I agree about the last part, Beamer is a complete tool

Our luck some how uSC got hot at end of last year and won some big games giving them fake momentum. They lost Bell, but brought in a ton of talent too. At this point maybe Rattler stays another year. He’s a late draft pick at best now.

On another not JT Geer was solid the other day.

This is a petty thread. The kid is playing at an instate school, so his family can come see him, and it’s the SEC. Like I posted above, the only reason he flipped to SU is because he loves Beck but pretty clear his heart wasn’t in it. The idea that he should be crying in his beer with regret because we might play in the Fenway Bowl is insane.

I didn’t ask you to apologize. But these posts seem kinda angry to me.

I mean, you started this thread.

#1, screw the Beamer family. I'm not going to miss any opportunity to revel in their misfortune.

#2, screw the USC fanbase.

#3, he flipped on us on signing day. This wasn't about him transferring here, it was an observation about this year probably not being enjoyable for him from a football standpoint.

That's all.

But we're not 2-5, and they are.

And when we go bowling this year, Sellars can watch on TV, since his team won't qualify for bowl eligibility.
