That's fair. But my point is that Angeli has the requisite arm strength, it is table stakes, a minimum threshold. This isn't some guy who can't make throws; by all accounts, he throws the ball exceptionally well -- with impressive accuracy and command in terms of making his reads.
Collins being able to throw it a little farther doesn't mean much. I always get a kick out of when people get worked up because a QB can throw the ball 50+ yards from his knees, because of what that means for arm strength. Who throws the ball from their knees, that isn't a football play.
I'm not saying that Angeli can't make the throws you are describing. I think he's going to be just fine. He doesn't have a "weak" arm, maybe just not quite as much depth as Collins, but so what?
Again, this is a guy who is similar to McCord in many respects, but sounds like a better, more effective runner.
