Refs Ball Placment

It seems as if they are spotting the ball a yard or two short on every play. It seems like they spot it where the runner was touched by the tackler and not where the ball is when the knee touches. Anyone seeing this? It is happening to both teams.

As long as it is consistent throughout the game for both sides, no big deal.

Yeah but it is pretty annoying because that is part of the reason we can not establish the run.
