If I were him I would take a free trip to Miami.
Why visit a place when you know where you want to go...

When do you think something official will come out? He's not committing to Miami, VCU, MSU or anything else. Book it.
He will be improving his draft stock by being a solid reason Syracuse returns to the final four.
That's why he was seriously impressed with his visit to 'Cuse.

You think it will might be this week then? Before classes start. Deadline August 1 if I remember correctly.

Tremendous news. I would assume until he arrives on campus, its not out of the question that he could change his mind, much like Battle? We made it through TT we will make it through this. Easily...
From a totally biased and hopeful perspective, really tough to say if this is the most talented team since 2012...or 1989...just imo...Under this theory, of course. But SU coaches are fully expecting, not hoping, him to commit to Syracuse.
He wants to go so everybody knows his game. You wanna go where everybody knows your name.

I couldnt jinx anything and mention 2003Hard to say they'd be MORE talented than 02-03 until/unless they win it all.

I am inclined to agree with you but tough tough call. Has JB ever commented on anything like that? I dont remember! That was battle ready but far from our most talented.

Youre right, no question...based on nba talent...but i guess i was also thinking about chemistry and which SU team played at the highest level...anyway its all just hypotheticalAfter Melo and Hak no NBA players. Billy flaked out but he was slow so still a long shot. No one else close.

As an aside i was just as ticked when we lost to the Illini in 89 as i was in 87...
Lol...My guess is he wouldnt mind being like Mal...who played the 3 for SU !!Great job guys, AW3 read all the posts from forum experts saying he will be utilized @ forward and decided to reopen his recruitment...
Didn't see the full game, but Mal looked a little deer in the headlights in first nba game... Really wish he stayed for 1 more year...Lol...My guess is he wouldnt mind being like Mal...who played the 3 for SU !!
We play zone. The two guards are always on top. They are the trailers. It is a benefit of the zone but not worth a cup of coffee unless you can rebound or get turnovers.I will be shocked if Coleman plays more than 15 minutes a game this year. He couldn't get off the ground at all last year. He survived the year, but his game will be completely below the rim from here on out.
Chukwu is going to be a difference maker in the middle of the zone. DC will get the starts out of respect and seniority, but by December, I expect that Pascal will be the guy getting the important minutes in the middle of the defense.
This team, whether or not we get White, is built to be a running team. We have guys build for getting up and down the court, a very "vertical" team, to borrow a phrase from football. This team is going to be very big, and we are going to run like crazy.
Lydon will be the trailer on the break, and hopefully White will do that, too. He could be like a Southerland on this team. Gillon and Battle get down the floor and get to the rim. That's their game. Roberson, Moyer and Thompson for rebounding and making outlet passes to start the break. That's the offense this year. Giddy Up!
You would too if you played for Sac.Didn't see the full game, but Mal looked a little deer in the headlights in first nba game... Really wish he stayed for 1 more year...
It really is the graveyard of the nba...You would too if you played for Sac.
I agree but i guess i would trade AW and JG for him, we shall see.Didn't see the full game, but Mal looked a little deer in the headlights in first nba game... Really wish he stayed for 1 more year...
