Happy to get a great 3 pt shooter but ... If Kingz plays SF that means only one of Freeman and White can play at a time. Seems strange?
He only averaged 2.5 rebs/game. Light for SF.
team use more than 5 players its fine

Of course not. But remember, there are guys who are trying to gradually get into a position to make money. They can go from JUCO to bench at Syracuse to starter at someplace in the Horizon League or similar and then back to P5 for a bunch of money. A circuitous, but not impossible path.
That's a helluva way to get a degree.

Last I heard, the mission of colleges is educating students.

JB ran a lot of 4 v 4 drills.
Actually, I remember a quote from the guy where he said his ideal roster size was 12--just in case a player or two had a class or was dinged, he would still be able to run a full 5-on-5 practice.

I was comparing his stats to Bell's over the year, Fairly similar. Kingz does have a little better shooting %. But one thing that stuck out was he had about 2.5X the assists. Hopefully a sign of a better all around player.

I'll take anything at this point.
He drives to the hoop and seems to have hops. Gets his shot off quick, and can definitely fill in at the shooting guard position. Keep JJ' s minutes down around 27 or 28, so he is fresh. No excuse for JJ not to play defense next year with this player around.

Seriously. You are so CNY half empty. I mean Dude what do you want. Don't you realize every team in America would take this kid. Are you fing kidding.

Much more well-rounded game than Bell, too.

Maybe not as much of a pure shooter, but pretty darn good. Way more versatility -- can handle, drive, pass, puts in effort on D, etc.

Hopefully it translates to the ACC. Bell had all the tools to be a better rebounder than he was, made some insane chasedown blocks and dunks that left you wondering why he didn’t do that kind of stuff more often but everything went in the tank when he didn’t hit threes.
