11-3 in my no draw bets this week, with several of them being over +100. The only mistake I made was doing a 5% payout on my bet after Thomas / Fowler went 5 up last night. Figured taking cents on the dollar was worth it. I was wrong on that. So you can argue I was 11-4.
Also noted last night that there appears to be real value if you bet live on a match for the team that loses the first point in a match. I could only get my bets in after the matches had just started. It's the nature of the course I think. After Johnson+woodland had lost the first point I got them at +275, and I got Cantlay + Schaufelle at +162.
With the +bets, I am hitting at the equivalent of an 81% rate using the standard -110 payout. Still made a bit less than $200 overall, because while I like to place bets its more for enjoyment and not much $ risk.
The bad -- did place a bit larger bet on the US winning this at -275, a few days before the tournament. That was a mistake. Plus I am cheering for the Internationals, so I have no interest in winning that bet,
I also got paid off at 30-1 for Stenson winning the Hero (he had a good history at the Albany course), had made 3 picks at longer odds. (Small pansy bet of course)
The other bad - I will blow all these winnings on the 2020 majors.
