Until the easy-transfer rule is changed, I think the new "normal" is that more players are going to be transferring if they (or their handlers) are unhappy with their playing time, or aren't allowed to shoot 3's or showcase their talents the way they want. It's got to be tough for a coach to balance the need to win with the need to keep all the players happy. Quincy is shooting only 21% from three this year, and he was 1-for-9 (and 0-for--5 from three) in his most recent game. Should the coach let him keep bombing away just to retain him?
