I mean he also cost us the game at points too with the offense being almost completely inept in the second half. But he does have good momentsHe isn’t perfect but he gives you a chance.
No, the play calling didI mean he also cost us the game at points too with the offense being almost completely inept in the second half. But he does have good moments
He went 6/15 and 75 yards. Thats not going to cut it against ACCNo, the play calling did
It worked in 03 it'll work in 21He went 6/15 and 75 yards. Thats not going to cut it against ACC
21 isnt 03. we arent in the big east anymoreIt worked in 03 it'll work in 21
YesIf we gave the ball to Tuck 30 times against Rutty instead of 13… do you think it makes a difference in the outcome?
One thing he didn't do..turn the ball over. We can't do that. He will have to pass better as the season goes on.21 isnt 03. we arent in the big east anymore
I disagree. I think there is a chance that we have 4 flawed QB's. But time will tell.We have two very, very, very flawed QBs. There’s not much more to it than that.
At the same time thougu would he have not made those deep throws? We cant tell so it’s pointless to argue but it’s not apples to apples thereYeah, Shrader’s inability to throw the ball is a problem. Devito certainly would’ve put up a better stat line in the passing game but probably wouldn’t have got those rushing TDs that Shrader got. Shrader is much more of a red zone threat than Devito, but we need to be able to throw the ball.
He isn’t perfect but he gives you a chance.
I don’t agree. Shrader needs to be better but it’s not even close to the same.6/15 for 77 amd he missed a lot of open guys. It’s just not gonna cut it in conference. Flood the box to stop Tucker you win going away.
He’s Rex except he had a running game
TD Can hand it to Tucker 31 times just the same
Said it in the post above - it feels a lot like 2001 team. ACC is bad and sets up nicely to win some games with this model.I said it in the game thread. Dude is RJ Anderson reincarnated. Just hand the ball to the All-American, shake off a half dozen tacklers every game, hit a couple of passes to keep the defense honest, and let Tony White do the rest. I want to party like it's 2001.
