That needs to be made into a memeAt what point does Robey go all Pedro Cerrano and say, 'fvck you, Jobu (JB). I do it myself!'?

robey is a real good rebounder. He keeps plays alive. Don't make him out to be anything other than that. No one thought he was going to make both free throws.
If he made them both, I could imagine JB still making a backhanded comment along the lines of "We got lucky with him at the line." Kind of a perplexing situation because I honestly feel like he just doesn't want to say anything nice about TR. Maybe he caught him peeping Juli or something?:noidea:Seen weirder things happen in my life watching sports, seen weirder things happen in 2016 alone. Nothing wrong with having faith that something right can happen for a kid.
Nothing wrong with having faith. But in the real world, I would prefer to have a guy that can actually make free throws at the line. But sadly that didn't work out that way. Still in all, we did get the ball on the second miss.Seen weirder things happen in my life watching sports, seen weirder things happen in 2016 alone. You're probably right. Kind of worse than saying something, when you don't acknowledge a good job. I honestly just hope Roberson knows that we fans appreciate him. It speaks highly of his character that he remains quiet. He could blow the locker room up by the way he is treated and I think it would be completely justified.Don't think he would have even mentioned them.
Perfectly stated and exactly what teammates should say. In this situation, teammates usually echo what the coach says, unfortunately ours wants to flex his muscles in pressers. From franky.
""We're his brothers," sophomore Frank Howard said. "You know he wanted those. He missed. That's the game of basketball. You can't blame the game on him. I hope nobody thinks they should. He rebounds, plays defense. The game was on all of us. ... He got the rebound. Without that, he wouldn't have even been there."
Who cares what we fans though. He is coach publicly embarrassed for no good reason. JB is a bully. He deserves to be called for these comments.robey is a real good rebounder. He keeps plays alive. Something tells me Frank will be here next year and everyone who wanted to boot him down the road will be eating a big helping of crow. Idk what it is, but I see flashes in his game that make me go "there it is."Frank with a better answer than the guy who has coached 40 years and got 100 wins taken away ()

I was a huge fan of his game last year in limited minutes. I just see the way he sees the court. Many times he tries to lead players into an open space, but we stand around on offense and it results in a turnover. I just think he sees things others don't and he has a gift. He's obviously improved his shot immensely, which was his biggest knock last year. After the large helping of crow AWIII served up to me, I've actually came to enjoy it. I think I've posted that we should get rid of Frank twice, after being his biggest supporter. I'll get my knife and fork.

Yes, and that extra quick swing pass... beautiful. No one else on our team is capable of processing that pass as quickly as he did. In fact, it's the first swing pass I've seen where someone has an open shot and passes it for a better one. That pass he had baseline to White was there as well on the backdoor cut. White fumbled it, but it was open. I think he has so much potential that it's crazy for people to want to run him out of town.He was trying to get Lydon to drag with him toward the basket tonight on that one turnover. I think.
Tyler Roberson is an all-purpose athlete who probably chose basketball because he is tall. If he was 6'2", he would be on the SU football team. He's just not a natural basketball player, but he gets by because he's such a truly superb athlete.
You have to be tough to play football. What position would he play? He doesn't have hands to play TE.
I will say this about Hopkins, he does NOT seem like that type at all and for that I am very thankful. He seems very upbeat and positive. JB irks me big time with that. Rides you when you're high, badgers you when your low (even to the media). Not the way to handle players, IMO.I don't know, watch his HS clips on Youtube. Kid was a better player in High School. We ruined him. Total basket case.
Almost did the same to Xmas.
Sad.
He's still your player. Don't you think Robey feels bad enough about missing that shot?

JB is killing the kid. Not sure what saying that at the post game does...But TR's senior year has stunk. Kid has to take some accountability here and he didn't make a relatively easy play. Again.
Lighting a fire under Robersons ass does not change the result of those FTs. If people do not see that they are living in bananaland.Kinda out of line but he HAS to try something to light a fire under his arse
