I don't know if this was already discussed if so I will delete. One of my former players is playing for the Huskies. I was speaking with his dad last night and he told me that with UConn's basketball team changing conferences that it essentially leaves the football program with nowhere to play...

It really doesn't matter what you "count". BC is an FBS team, whether you like it or not.

And they're a P5 team, besides. Something UMass will never be.
