The Lacrosse team Travels well.
Go to an SU Away Lacrosse game or any Tournament appearance and you'll see what "traveling well" really looks like.
There are 100's of cars and RV's all identifiable as Upstate NY cars. Until the improvements in cars you could tell them by the rust/corrosion.=, if not the license plate frames. At UVA. At JHU. At Navy. At UMCP or Ravens Stadium for tournament games.
I don't think you will see the same number of cars streaming down Rte 81 for football or basketball like you see for lacrosse.
