What are Babers' strengths as a HC?

Dino is great when we have a fully operational team. When depth becomes an issue it all falls apart

This may be a Syracuse football issue bigger than a coach but we get hurt, we have no depth and we fall apart in November

We need more then that from a head cosch
We always haven't had that. But the coaches had to know that what they had on the DL, wouldn't hold up against good teams. Pitt kept us in the game with really puzzling calls. And we needed more weapons on the outside. I guess they would have been difficult to get. We couldn't even keep Harris.

Instilling discipline?
Attention to detail?

He found the perfect school to turn a flukey type season into a contract his school can't afford to buy out. He'll get next year now being bowl eligible but its delaying the inevitable.

Our depleted DL held them to 17 points, we could have won had we not missed a FG, went 3 and out like 6 times, and got stuffed at the 1 twice to kick a FG

For 99.999% of all coaches it’s the inevitable

Pitt moved the ball whenever they wanted to. Every time they passed was good for us. A ridiculous play having the wide out throw 50 yards, sideline to sideline??? When they can run up the middle whenever they want. Pitts play calling was more suspect than ours.
