I was reading through comments on that page and came across a poster saying that the ACC had already offered SU an invitation 2 prior times to them finally accepting the bid 2 years ago.

The 1st time being 23 years ago just before the creation of the Big East. SU, BC and Pitt were asking to join as Football only memebers. Which got voted down because ACC did not want partial members.

There are so many moving parts. Anyone could come up with many different scenarios.

I do wish the P-S, or whatever they call it now, would commit to editing their work. Very hard to follow that piece in several places.

Syracuse basketball recruits rediculous athletes some already well rounded lots with the potential to be. That will translate for many years to come ever after JB hangs them up, especially if we play primarily zone.
