The roster that was “built” is just so hilariously asinine. 65 minutes combined for a backcourt duo that couldn’t throw it in the ocean if they were standing in it is just wild.

Starting to think last year's "selfish" team was just rolling with playground ISO ball because whatever they were being told to do made no sense... At least they were not bought in...

If they were supposed to be doing what we see this year, really can't blame them.

Totally disagree. All our 3s were decently open looks. Can’t blame the coach for players that just plain can’t shoot the ball.

I’m sure it’s Autry’s fault that the preseason best 3 point shooter in the league is shooting like 5% from 3 and has missed his last 20 free throws too…..right?

But if you’re a team reliant so much on the most one-dimensional player in the country to be your only high volume shooter, you’ve got issues. Bell’s been beyond awful this year and that’s on him but there is literally no talent or shooting anywhere else outside of Choppa and I guess Donnie. Come on.

how exactly do you burn it down? this isnt a professional team where you trade players for draft picks. there is no burning it down.

I feel like “burning it down” in college basketball these days is firing the coach and going in a completely different direction with the new hire. With the transfer rules, there are rosters that are pretty near 100% turnover in an offseason when a coaching change is made.

i find it sort of troubling that carmelo himself sort of said its up to Kiyan to retrurn the program to its rightful place. Because its not up to any one player not matter how great. that is just not fair or possible.
