Can just click on the 2022 expected ones and see that the top 15 comp picks were all guys who signed with new teams at over $10.5m aav. Assuming he's going to see a 90%+ snap share and an AAV I have to guess is between $12-17m, that certainly appears to be a 3rd or 4th to me.
Going back to 2021 the top 3 comp picks awarded were all for QBs that signed elsewhere, Brady, Rivers, Bridgewater. Obviously they got paid more than Mitch but he's still going to be somewhere in the 8 figures and will get all the snaps barring injury.
