I wouldn't expect them to be standing there having a conversation while Anae is calling plays, especially when trying to go up tempo.
The 80% agreement statement was well before the season began and around the time Anae was hired or in the spring. It was a discussion to get them both on the same page. It would not be realistic that they would agree 100% before working together.

I agree with this ^^^. I think there was one moment on the sideline (it was a home game) where there seemed to be a degree of agitation in their conversation. Welcome to big boy football, where is flying in real time and there isn't always time for handshakes. But to extrapolate beyond that -- and the talk about "documented" discord -- is simply message board conjecture/fodder.
Documented literally means there is an artifact that supports a statement. And I personally don’t consider a random, anonymous post on a message board to be documentation.
