Nelson plays like we hoped Freeman would. He’s a grown man.
Wish he had another year

It's actually a great year to look for a Head Coach. Relatively little competition compared to most years. The question is whether we take advantage of it or just hire Hop
I do not agree with this, decorum, Loyalty, Thankfulness for service, recognition that this was a tremendously difficult place and position to be placed in given current climate, very many factors undoubtedly. I am not defending his coaching acumen by the way, however certain things must trump Ill informed public perception with significant volatility. Simply how Red has continued to maintain class, speaks volumes. It was pretty much doomed from the start looking back upon it for sure, sad. In conclusion he unequivocally, JW, that is cares about the timing for many reasons. The favors come in the form of a paycheck. JW announced his retirement, he literally doesn’t care when he announces Red is fired. The school feels after the season ends is the correct time to go public.
We all know how this will end.
Not by accident. Hodgson preaches rebounding or you don’t play. A foreign concept here. The play that we don’t make this year was on that missed three by Enis. Way short. But Hightower, instead of giving up on the possession, attacks and deflects that long rebound and it ends up with a teammate.
New possession, new shot clock.
We would have been in full retreat.

Doubt she needs an internet interpreter on what you think she meant other than what she actually said. Ironically her point was about disrespect much like your post regarding her.I viewed it as supporting Red. I don’t think she should have gone out of her way to voice her opinion.
Regardless, my point stands that I could care less about her view on who the next coach should be. It’s not like they will be coaching together.
And completely dismissing the fact that they are colleagues, maybe even very close friends... My gosh your daughter is so kind... No matter what you tried to remain true to yourself... Those things have to count for something. However that is where we Live Today. In the eyes and hearts of those who matter, they do, for sureDoubt she needs an internet interpreter on what you think she meant other than what she actually said. Could Sadiq develop into a Nelson clone??Nelson plays like we hoped Freeman would. He’s a grown man.
I don’t see any mind blowing new offensive nor defensive schemes, what impresses me the most is his ability to get his players to execute, share the ball, be so competitive and demonstrate very high basketball IQ as a team, all which is key to success.A lot of those raw per game numbers really just boil down to USF playing at a high tempo lol.
Think the guy is a very promising coach though and he is the guy I would be targeting.
Needs to gain 30 pounds of muscle.Could Sadiq develop into a Nelson clone??
Definitely needs to gain good weight and strength, 195 pounds at 6’9” isn’t enough.Needs to gain 30 pounds of muscle.
he runs an NBA esque offense. It’s simplified, but is highly efficient when you simply have the right players for it. Every guy has the green light which at worse creates space for more offensive rebounds, put backs and driving lanes.I don’t see any mind blowing new offensive nor defensive schemes, what impresses me the most is his ability to get his players to execute, share the ball, be so competitive and demonstrate very high basketball IQ as a team, all which is key to success.
How about 20 and 10Needs to gain 30 pounds of muscle.

It’s interesting to me whether a coach can instill these characteristics in the players on his team as a coach OR if it’s a matter of a coach evaluating, when recruiting a player, whether that player is capable mentally, athletically of having those characteristics that he needs for a successful team. That’s the key when you look at who is winning today. I mean even Houston with their ridiculous run of success is about effort and execution on both ends.
