Water and Electrical substation are a big driver of this location.
Definitely, but far and away is site control. And when the County was speculatively putting this together, obviously cost was the biggest driver after utilities. So a greenfield outside the band of development made the most sense.
I get it, but I don't like it. Economic development can be a great thing, but I don't want our community to look like exurban North Carolina.
