Devin Leary injury updates (Out for season)

Looks like NC State QB Leary got injured and had to come out of yesterday's game against FSU. When he returned to the sidelines, his throwing arm was in a sling.

I never -- under any circumstances -- root for a player to get injured. Hope he bounces back. But if he's impaired / out for our game, I'll take any advantage we can get.

Will be an interesting development to pay attention to.

For the record, their backup QB came in and rushed for about 40 yards, but didn't complete a pass. So this would be a dramatic swing in our favor if Leary has to sit.

We need the kind of early preparation and punch we had vs Louisville. Do that and force the option QB to throw it.

Yeah. Not to mention two straight weeks of major wear and tear on their D and coming into an extremely raucous environment vs a program starving for relevance. We shouldn't lose this game even if it's gotta be a 17-13 kind of game. Would be a huge missed opportunity if we don't get it done vs a backup QB.

With Leary I know our D would shut them down. With the other guy there is potential of broken plays. Either way their O stinks. Just take care of business on O and we win.

I never wish anything bad on a young athlete, so I hope he can play. However, If he is out I hope we obliterate them. Badly.

Its 25 for them and hes one of their best players
