Man, I wish Jesse was healthy. Need a near perfect game on both sides of the court to have a chance.

I see this going much like the notre dame game .. us keeping it close while seemingly headed to a comfortable cover only to watch it all go to crap last few minutes

Jessie was the only player in the last game that had much success. Frank and Sid are going to have major problems. They couldn’t contain GT or ND’s bigs. Williams and Bancharo are going to be a handful all day. To beat Duke you can have success beating them off the dribble. Unfortunately, we can’t do that. That is also why they handled ND so easily. Moore will lock up Buddy. Our only hope is they miss and we can rebound. We could hurt them in transition.

I am very surprised it is only 7.5 points. In the 2nd half of the first meeting, the lead fluctuated between 25-30 for a long (10 min) stretch (the point being that the 20 point final margin was extremely misleading). Also, Jesse played in that game and was our leading scorer and rebounder. I realize the Dome crowd is worth 3-4 points, but would be pleasantly surprised if we covered.

Also was surprised this wasn’t a double digit spread….

Hopefully the dome is rocking and maybe just maybe we can take a swing at this thing today

Cuse ML at +275 is delicious
Do you usually stay in the green with your sports betting? Serious question, because I’ve seen some “delicious” call outs that turn into train wrecks (that’s gambling..). :)

Lol. I am in the red. And if someone tells you they are in the green they are lying. People can be in the green for a run of time. But .00000001% are green in their life. It’s entertainment. That’s why I make wild and ludicrous statements about it. I’m making fun of the genre. But I do love to dabble

Yeah I'm surprised this line isn't closer to 10 points. This is a bad match-up for SU. They can hurt us down low pretty badly. It's going to require a poor showing by the Dookies to get a SU cover.

I think you are exaggerating there . I’d agree that the vast majority are in the red … but the number you listed is sort of crazy .. there are plenty of pros that earn a living betting..

Question being.. will buddy take dumb shots just to get volume points or will he play smart ?

Keels also didn’t play in that game. And Duke took their foot off the gas.

I had predicted a 32 point Duke win and they were on pace for it before easing up.

On the road K will show mercy to his friend late game. But it's hard to not see Duke by at least 12. looks like easy money.

Yeah. I was just trying to say lots of peeps say they are profitable and they ain’t.

so annoyed of feeling like we literally don’t have a chance to win, but we literally don’t. That’s what my analytical mind says.

But….. my heart feels differently. My heart makes think we have a chance for an upset. We will shoot lights out, and that our bigs will hold their own. That’s what my heart says.

We will see who is right. The mind or the heart.

Yup. A month into NY fanduel my wife casually said “how’s that internet sports betting going?”

My answer was the same as after a trip to turning stone or Saratoga track:

“I’m about even”
Exactly. I'm the king of breaking even.
