BC doesn't care that UCONN sued them. BC sees UCONN as a threat to their tv market (what little they have). BC wants to own the Boston market (why am i getting hungry after reading that?)
If UCONN stays in the BE and the BE loses relevance, BC could become top dog. That will never happen if UCONN has equal footing by being in the ACC. BC will never vote for UCONN entrance into the ACC.
