It's been quiet about Ducharme despite him taking visits right now, but I'm guessing the only way Cuse could lose him would be if JB said he's probably not coaching and Ducharme doesn't have a clear picture as to who's coaching next year. That wrinkle may make it an honest race, although I've always thought Cuse was the front-runner here.Penn State basketballs an after-thought. I don’t care about the recent loss. Our worst years earn their coaches extensions. Garbage.
Everybody knows JB is only at Brewster to watch Buddy play.
The sword is actually kind of cool.Reid just visited Xavier...

Do you feel good knowing Sean Miller is their new head coach. Not like he would ever cheat to get recruits. How would we feel about losing a "priority" recruit to Xavier?
Let’s not act all high and mighty. Jim Boeheim has landed Syracuse basketball a postseason ban twice. Love the myopic view of some SU fans that think this program has never done anything questionable.Do you feel good knowing Sean Miller is their new head coach. JB and Syracuse have paid the price. For much smaller infractions. Programs like all the blue bloods, as well as Arizona, LSU and Louisville have paid no price for major infractions.Let’s not act all high and mighty. I’m just saying that it happens - and I’m not naive enough to think it doesn’t happen everywhere to some level.JB and Syracuse have paid the price. For much smaller infractions. Programs like all the blue bloods, as well as Arizona, LSU and Louisville have paid no price for major infractions.
It sounds like JB doesn't put the effort in anymore and he rubs people the wrong way. And, Wildhack is unwilling to allow any kind of cheating on the program's behalf. I can't say that I blame him, but it makes it impossible to keep up with the powers in NCAA basketball.I’m just saying that it happens - and I’m not naive enough to think it doesn’t happen everywhere to some level.
Doesn’t help when your head coach deliberately pushes buttons and creates enemies by the way he approaches certain situations.
If we lose Ducharme, it's probably because it's unclear who will coach. Maybe NIL opportunities, but for a guy like Ducharme (very good, but not 5 star elite clear future first rounder) it's probably more about coaching. How would we feel about losing a "priority" recruit to Xavier?

I consider the blue bloods to be Duke, Kentucky, Kansas and UNC. And, they all cheat their butts off.and UNC
It is laughable that Reid is a three-star some places
