What is scary is that the ACC is complete and utter trash this year, and yet I can’t see us winning more than 3-4 games in the conference, plus Bucknell. I think.

The crazy thing is Red got all the credit for last year's 20 wins because we were told the team was a roster of ne'er-do-wells and rabble-rousers.

Maybe some guys were, but it sure seems to me maybe we got to 20 wins with some other avenues... possibly some guys that may have just been more talented than who we have on this team.

This was only the 2nd game I've watched this year as my give a crap meter has cratered to a level below anything I ever thought possible. Was fun for about a 15 minute span in the 2nd half. I'm sad about everything having to do with what was far and away my single favorite sporting entity my whole life.

I would feel bad for him, except for the fact that he doesn’t hustle and just watched a key loose ball and jogged back on defense. But nobody holds him accountable.

I just can’t get over the number of layups we give up. I’ve never seen anything like it. It’s like our defense is an EZ Pass toll booth.

I go to the games with my old man and we start the game counting the number of layups the other team gets. It usually gets to high to remember where we left off.

Meanwhile we take contested 15 foot fadaways and pray for a miracle.

If they aren’t coming, he should be gone immediately. he has shown he can’t portal effectively. So I don’t see the point of prolonging it

The idea that next year‘s team is going to be better because of the freshmen class is kind of misguided. I don’t think we can expect either of those kids to be as good as Donnie is right now.

If he was doing that, I’d feel bad with you.

He’s only ever been a shooter, the other stuff he tries but it’s not who he is since he spent his whole life parked on the 3 point line. Blame the coaching staff, they recruited a shooter who they probably thought could do the other things or be coached to do them.

What I feel bad about are his mental issues. Now that he can’t shoot, he’s clearly in his own head and struggling. Just like Knoblauch did when he suddenly couldn’t throw to first base. I feel bad about that for a kid and I’ll be empathetic to it. If you want to be a DB that’s your choice.
