Go get him. Proven winner!!!!! If we do not ask him we will never know. Pay him well.
Why would he come to Cuse. He has a great job at CBSGo get him. Proven winner!!!!! If we do not ask him we will never know. Pay him well.
Pipe dreamPerhaps he misses coaching and still has the itch. Maybe a long shot but I want my finders fee from SU / Wildhack / NIL / if we get him.
Yeah for sure. Gotta dream big though. SU fan data base as loyal as any. Instead of blood we have zillions of tiny basketballs running thru our veins.Pipe dream
I can’t believe he’s eight years younger than Wright.
Jay Is a religious man it is close to his heart. Adam can build him a nice church or work with an existing one and he can have the best of both worlds, saving people with the church and using his position as a coach to further build said church. Money is not an issue for Jay so that is not an issue. We need to get creative or we will not get a quality coach.Sure mine too. There's others on my list but it would probably work if Adam is still funding the recruiting budget
Maybe he loves and misses coaching basketball? Why would he come to Cuse. He has a great job at CBS
Did JB retire all of a sudden?
Yup! I know I’ve posted about him before. That’s exactly the kind of guy we should be targeting.Wes Miller from Cincinnati would be a great hire. I think he’s 39 and has played at North Carolina. He’s done a very good job at Cincy. He was often mentioned for the Carolina job. I know he was given a contract extension through 28-29.
Any realistic ideas on who to pursue?I think Jay Wright is a fine alternative, but why set the bar so low. Is John Wooden available? He's won like 10 NCAA championships and was a pioneer when it came to paying players. Let's get him. It never hurts to ask. Also, I don't believe he would require a church.
Any thought on who we should go after for head coach?Better chance of Roy Danforth coming back then Jay Wright coaching the Orange
He might be a little stiff on the benchI think Jay Wright is a fine alternative, by why set the bar so low. Is John Wooden available? Unless Wooden can bring Gilbert with him to buy recruits, it’s not going to happen.I think Jay Wright is a fine alternative, but why set the bar so low. Is John Wooden available?
