yeah, there is no sugar coating it, if he leaves it's a HUGE loss. Nixon is the quiet guy that everybody knows is a great coach. He's the whole package and lets the results speak for themselves, highly respected in coaching circles. Not a surprise that he is sought afterNixon is the sole reason both of the most important ppl in his life (his children) are at cuse. That’s a big help for us, let’s see how it plays out. These are the situations that happens when you have a good staff and team, it comes with the territory! Hopefully if we have to replace him we are more sought after now by legit proven coordinators and we can replace easier. He is going to be very tough to replace though if that’s the direction he chooses.
