Yeah, if you pause the slideshow on the basketball court pic, that view is from the 300 level. You can see in the foreground the seats have mini-backrests with no armrests. Just enough of a backrest to reduce how much you get kicked in the butt.It looks to me like the arm rests are only in the 100 level, wish the pictures were larger
I don't know that you can have the cupholders without the armrests, can you?I'll jump on the cup holder train as well. I wonder if the upper deck rows are too narrow to add them though.
In some other stadiums I've seen them added on to the chair in front of you.I don't know that you can have the cupholders withoit the armrests, can you?
If the pics are accurate, the 300 level seats don't have full backrests. They looked like they were only a couple inches high. There's really nowhere to put them.In some other stadiums I've seen them added on to the chair in front of you.
That's too bad, but I'll be happy to just have an actual seat.If the pics are accurate, the 300 level seats don't have full backrests. They looked like they were only a couple inches high. There's really nowhere to put them.
Yeah, I don't know when I'll get back up for another game, but I won't miss those old hard benches or having to bring along my cushion. I went to a Pacers game while visiting a friend in Indiana almost 20 years ago and those molded plastic seats were so much better. That's too bad, but I'll be happy to just have an actual seat.
I think for the student sections in the 100s...they need cushioned blue bench seating and movable arm rests. Students like to pack in.
A few concerts...doesn't matter to me.That doesn't work for the Motley Crue concert...
seats are really gonna mess with all the people who like to jump rows to cut across sections..
Less armrests, more cowbell!Gotta have arm rests
Looks like backrests to me but I don't really care. I was fine with the benches. If the pics are accurate, the 300 level seats don't have full backrests. They looked like they were only a couple inches high. There's really nowhere to put them.
Looking at that picture, you better have tiny legs. Good luck trying to get out in a hurry.Looks like backrests to me but I don't really care. I was fine with the benches.

Yeah, it will be cramped it they are really that close. Luckily, I am in a low row that has only 5 seats and we own all of them.Looking at that picture, you better have tiny legs. Good luck trying to get out in a hurry.

It does. I guess I saw it wrong.Looks like backrests to me but I don't really care. I was fine with the benches.

I’m worried about how difficult it will be to navigate those rows with the backrests. They say it’s about comfort? We’ll see. I was at a game at the Verizon center in 2003 and swore I would never go to such a cramped place again. I can see STHs abandoning ship on the 300 level. If the pics are accurate, the 300 level seats don't have full backrests. They looked like they were only a couple inches high. I saw a hockey game there around that time and had no problems.I’m worried about how difficult it will be to navigate those rows with the backrests. They say it’s about comfort? We’ll see. This will force the student section to move some students upstairs.I think for the student sections in the 100s...they need cushioned blue bench seating and movable arm rests if it can be incorporated. Students like to pack in.
