Making fun of us not making the Tourny has 0 effect. With Brian Gregory leading the way, the fan base even made fun of ourself. We were surprised to win a couple of games.

Also making the Tourny? pretty sure you were NIT too. And your most recent run is not honored by society bc of the allegations and scandles involving the program.

And how does this work...you say you need Tucker or will suck this year, but also claim you will make tournament...hmm doesn't add up.

I agree in principle with you, but I wanted to note that several blue blood programs are out shopping to fill their classes as well...

But the difference is that is their MO and UK, Duke, etc already have top-10 classes and they will add another 5-star each. Mizzou may as well if Jontay reclasses or - maybe less likely - they land Knox. They will fill them with a couple of 4 & 5-stars to go along with their other 5-stars.

Syracuse has a starting SF position available and they're battling GTech for a 4-star recruit.

Also... ATLien - what are you talking about dude? no one takes our final 4 run serious because of allegations? The allegations were long before the final 4 run. Also - 1 paper that was improperly edited, a few thousands dollars to 6 players for actually working, and coaches failed to call a players parents for testing positive for weed.

Those allegations are AWFUL!

Everyone takes the fab 5 final 4's seriously... 1 player got $250k for playing at Michigan. Everyone takes the UNC champs seriously... they have real widespread academic fraud.

I am not putting super high expectations on two freshman who aren't known for their shooting.

Are you kidding me? JB did a hell of job coaching this team the second half of the season. Most of you assumed a losing record and were wondering if we would win any conference games. It did take the team a while to jell and JB should have switched to Gillon earlier, I'll give you that.

Honest answer - no. Did you ever listen to him on the morning radio show on TK 99 with Gomez? He speaks in a monotone and has very little energy.

He's also a bit of a jerk, and comes off like he believes he's better than us common folk who just say hello. So, I don't think recruits fall for his phony personality.

Well, Howard wasn't getting it done at PG. We all agree on that.
