Had no problem using safariWhat browser are you using on your iPhone? Or are you in the Cuse app?
Download the chrome app, and do it from there. That was the way I got it to work.

I am thinking you want to just use your mobile browser instead of the Cuse app by following these instructions.I'm on the Cuse app. I have Google so I assume my browser is Chrome.

Those instructions are for using the Cuse app. I've done #1-5. I'm not trying to transfer a ticket or sell it etc. so those first five steps are the only relevant things on the page. I've downloaded the bar codes for all the home football games. it's just that nothing happens after I try to send it to the wallet.
If you have an iPhone, your default browser on the phone is Safari. According to Go above, that works too. I just used the Chrome app on iPhone because others said it worked.
Try going thru the Safari app on the iPhone, instead of the Cuse app. Just use it like you would a browser on your laptop or desktop.
sounds like you have something blocked or are lacking permissions to perform a function.
Go to the iPhone “settings” app and click on “Wallet & Apple Pay”, you’ll have to scroll down a little. What permissions do I need? is there something I need to do to activate Apple Wallet? The three links there are 'Add Card', 'Scan Code' and 'Find Apps for Wallet'. Do I need to put credit card info on Wallet for the scanning process to work? Do i need to find a wallet app for this to work?

Make sure its activated. (you may need a credit/debit card, but not sure because i have always had one in mine)
Let me know if this helped.
Set up an appointment at the apple storeI've got the slide button on the right side for 'Apple Cash', 'Double Click Side Button' and 'Allow Payments on Mac' but under 'Payment Cards' it says "Apple Cash not set up". I pressed the arrow and got a screen telling me to set up my Apple Cash to send and receive messages using Apple Pay. It had me scan my face twice and Wallet now has a screen to press for Cash. I pressed that arrow and got a screen saying to set Apple cash up now. I got a 'Terms and Conditions' agreement which I agreed to. Then I got a box saying "Two factor Authentication Required and asking me to press "Upgrade Account Security'. It had me type out a password to go with my p[hone number. I was then sent a text with an Apple ID code to use, then got a box saying "This Apple ID Cannot Use Two Factor Authentication". Below it gave my E-Mail address saying it can't be used for Apple Cash because it "does not support two factor authentication." It asked me to click 'OK'.
I was going to go to bed on this note but the screen had an alert asking me to type in my Apple ID. I did so and got sent to settings. where I was told that a software update I was needed . I looked for software updates and was told that my phone had to be charging and on Wi-Fi to get the updates. I don't have Wi-Fi. (I have a wired modem for my home computer).
I tried sending the bar code to Apple Wallet and got the same, failed result.

I am sorry this is EXACTLY what is wrong with moving to the mobile ticket platform. They are openly admitting to avoid problems do not wait until game time to access your tickets as they know there will be problems. I just scratch my head , why move to a new ticketing system that has problems right off the bat. This pop up is new, at least to me.
Your Dome events are coming up!
For easy access to your tickets, visit this MyCuse account on your mobile phone and navigate to your events page. From there, you may add your mobile tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Don't wait until the day of the event to access your tickets, to avoid login or connectivity issues. (You may also take a screen shot of your QR Coded ticket and save to Photos.) For non-mobile entry events, tickets may be printed or contact Dome Box Office at 888-366-3849 for additional details.
Most people who have moved to mobile do this routinely. This is offering a tip for those who don't. I imagine when they started selling tickets to events in 1918 rather than allowing everyone to just wander in and watch they sent an email that said "Remember you will need to present your ticket certificate at the admittance gate to enter the event. To avoid issues we suggest you put them in your billfold now.I am sorry this is EXACTLY what is wrong with moving to the mobile ticket platform. Yes, it's fine if you want to criticize the change, but that messaging is basic change management that most organizations do with important changes and nothing to be critical about. Most people who have moved to mobile do this routinely. No
On mobile tickets the barcode is constantly changing so that way people can’t reproduce the ticket and sell 100s of them and screw a bunch of people like what happened when they first started the “print from home” tickets
