The average fan already figured it out because they're used to mobile ticketing in most aspects of life.

You're just creating excuses when in reality there's only a few on this board actually complaining. The fact you have logins saved on your phone says that you can do this, you just don't want to.

But why should anyone be forced to use this system?

‘yep, yep, and yep again. Sidearm, not good. The integration sucks, the look and feel between the website and iOS app are completely different. Functionality is spotty.

Don't forget some want 16 new characters of gobbledygook every 60-90 days. I figured an easy way to counteract that...but most are dumbfounded

I was able to download Fanfest tickets to my Apple Wallet today. First time doing it.

I still can't do it. I X off the note to use Apple Wallet, (as Tomcat said to do) press "Add to Apple Wallet', a black version of that button fades upward, disappears and nothing else happens. I go to Apple Wallet and and get links to "Add Card", "Scan Code" and "Find Apps for Wallet". I click on "Scan Code" and get my camera with an image of whatever happened to be in front of the camera. I pressed the button to take a photo and got whatever happened to be in front of the camera. I go back to apple wallet and nothing new it there - just the same three links.

What am I doing wrong? Note: I've never used Apple Wallet for anything before.

Do I need this to get in? Will there be problems reading the original bar code?

It is an active thing you download and do...you probably aren't on one.

Are you getting to this point? If so, all you need to do is tap in the blue Add in the upper right hand corner and the ticket will be added to your wallet.

If you're scanning a QR code, you have to press the code on the screen, not the button to take a picture. That will provide a drop down link for you to click on to open your ticket.

There's no code on the screen, just what was in front of the camera.

sounds like you have something blocked or are lacking permissions to perform a function.

What browser are you using on your iPhone? Or are you in the Cuse app?

Download the chrome app, and do it from there. That was the way I got it to work.
