I've seen it. It's been a while (20ish years) so I may have to dig it out again.Watch the original original, The Seven Samurai by Kurosawa.

Children of Men is fantastic. Haven't seen the other. I'll add it to the list.My Favorites are constantly rotating but Children of Men and City of God are always at the top of my list. City of God is a Brazilian film that shows what gang life is like there.
CoG: Make sure it's the 2002 film, not the follow-up that was released last year.Children of Men is fantastic. Haven't seen the other. I'll add it to the list.
Negatory, my friend! Are you thinking about the last one, when they are older? Cause ‘when Harry met Lloyd’ is a hidden gem. You should check it out again, the Lloyd kid is brilliant. And perhaps you’re forgetting this little nugget?
Skipped school to see that with a buddy when I was in the Hoyts red vest Mafia.Recently stumbled on Snow Day on cable. Chevy Chase in the Cuse, competing with the rival weather man was pretty funny, and the snow plow scenes while the kids were in their roadside igloos was also a nice reminiscence.

Maybe the poster who announced melo was coming here.Anyone know what the record for person liking the most posts in a thread is? I think tee1222 wins for this one. Unless his mouse button got stuck or something.![]()

I mentioned To Catch a Thief, but that's probably not recognized by everyone as a Hitch movie.I haven't seen Alfred Hitchcock mentioned. Vertigo, North by Northwest, Psycho, Rear Window- all great movies!
That's a more lighthearted Hitchcock. along the lines of The Trouble with Harry.I mentioned To Catch a Thief, but that's probably not recognized by everyone as a Hitch movie.
Certainly isn't dark or threatening. But, definitely the most beautiful of his films. Can't get better than Cary Grant and Grace Kelly on the French Riviera. That's a more lighthearted Hitchcock. along the lines of The Trouble with Harry.
Sadly, it was by some of us older fans of hisI mentioned To Catch a Thief, but that's probably not recognized by everyone as a Hitch movie.
Mine, as well. One of my favorite all time movies...Charade
love it. I guess I love any movie with Jimmy Stewart in it. And throw in Cary Grant (see Charade above) and you can guess I like it.Mine, as well.
What about The Philadelphia Story?
