Look at the data we are not spreading it to each other cause we are at a lower risk to get it in the first place.
who’s we?

We (The 20 to 29) age demographic group that I am apart of. I'm not alone in this way either with family of mine or the friends and people that make up my everyday life.
you mean the largest group in Onondaga county that tested positive? Isolate them.
But we rebound quicker if we get it (thats a big factor)

Err.. ummm.. in my state that's also the second highest group infected. (20-29) the other is stuck in nursing homes.Look at the data we are not spreading it to each other cause we are at a lower risk to get it in the first place.
Don’t know can’t find it again I screen shot it to my friends last night I didn’t copy link"...as of last week..."
What is the date of the article? And what is the source?
For me, I'll take the CDC at their word. Just under 100 deaths for ages 24 and under.
I actually tend to agree with this.Truth is it’s scary we can’t realky trust anything anymore
I have read 8 pages of this and it seems to me that its a pointless exercise to argue whats going to happen in September. Truth is probably going to fall somewhere in the middle. Some parts of the country are probably going to say no way we are having kids on campus and no way we are having football. Some other places will say it will take the earth opening up and swallowing the whole campus to stop them from playing football. So where does that leave us? I think they will put some rules in place that will allow games to take place in most D1 schools, and many people will complain and raise holy hell over it. I also think each person will have to decide if they want to show up to the stadium if they are allowed with that many people. In SEC country you can guarantee if they allow 100,000 in a stadium then most those stadiums will be sold out, in Pac 12 country you may see a small fraction show up or not at all. So I say for now lay back have a drink and maybe a cigar and enjoy the summer, and when fall rolls if football is around make the choice that you feel fit your needs the best at the time.
Do you have grandparents? Parents? When you are at one of their funerals after attending a concert, then remember this conversation. Or your elderly neighbors. And guess what? There are lots of younger people who are getting this and passing away. And many people are working well into their 70s so maybe they can not afford to stay at home. Maybe they need income to live. You are so naive. Your head is in the sand. Do you have some valid points? Yes you do. And I do hope there will be ways. But never on any of our relatives lives. My hope is for a drug soon, and a vaccine by January or June. I can live with that and with sports on tv. Is watching football on TV not a huge step over what we have now? And each person can decide if they want to watch alone, have 5, 10, or 50 friends over. You can make it what you want to make it. But we do not want to have a situation where it starts and then stops. So let's make compromises, and be happy with what small steps we can take.Again for the thousand time. People who are older like our seniors or people with underlying medical conditions should avoid mass gatherings. But the people who don't fall into those demographics that is why you redesign and reamagine how you do Mass Gatherings for those people.
“Moreover, sports arenas are prime breeding grounds for a respiratory disease such as this. The Champions League soccer match between Atalanta and Valencia in February, is linked to one of the early major outbreaks in Italy.”
Coronavirus: How a Champions League match contributed to Italy's COVID-19 outbreak
Atalanta hosted Valencia on Feb. 19, right before cases were confirmed in the countrywww.cbssports.com
”If it's true what they're saying that the virus was already circulating in Europe in January, then it's very probable that 40,000 Bergamaschi in the stands of San Siro, all together, exchanged the virus between them.”
A journalist that covered the match became the second person to test positive for the coronavirus in Bergamo. In addition, several Valencia fans that attended the match became infected.
“As of Tuesday, there were nearly 7,000 people in Bergamo that have tested positive for the coronavirus. More than 1,000 people have died as a result of the virus, which makes Bergamo the most heavily hit province during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Valencia also had 2,600 cases of the virus.“

Even if it kills them or someone they love.My points are points that are being voiced across the country by people not just myself. Don't underestimate the demand of people to get back to doing activities they have always enjoyed doing. Compromise means being creative smart having imagination to the new fan experience.
The one thing I take exception to is when people say do you have grandparents or parents and say something about their funerals. I feel like that is pretty harsh, I certainly understand the concept and ill be honest im 38 my parents are in their late 50s and I have 4 small kids, so will I be sitting in a packed stadium I will not. But what if there is never a vaccine? So people are just supposed to live in fear forever? I see both sides of the argument but some people are going to have to start living their lives and hopefully they will do it with some concerns of their fellow man. But I dont think you can crucify people who say they are going to live their lives.
it’s not a matter of living your lives. It’s a matter of doing it within the guidelines. In other threads, The poster everyone is arguing with has basically called for anarchy and people doing what they want. Nobody has a problem with slowly opening and establishments and patrons following the rules.
No what u and I have argued over is wether we would blow in our local neighbor or local neighborhood business for any sort of social distancing or operating procedure to the local or state hotline. I'm sorry I'm not going to do that. People can live life and make their own choices thats America. That's all I'm saying.
