Feels like throwing the baby out with the bath water. The line just needs to be smarter and more disciplined. I don't think they're getting these flags because of the no huddle, I think they're getting them because they're anxious and not paying attention.

...Anyone else feel a little disrespected that WF fans expected to beat SU? As if they just looked at 2-4 and made an assumption.

I feel like Long got to that yardage early in the 3rd, then we took our foot off the gas. We had a couple of negative yardage pass plays late too.

I think, had we needed to, we could have gotten more out of the passing game.

If you look at the play-by-play, we were still calling about 50/50 run pass until the last 5 minutes of the game.

I just think we got worse as the game wore on. A couple of nice explosive plays but then back to red zone funny ball. Really a mixed bag yesterday.

Look Hunt isn't good and the number of snaps thing is pure garbage. Hunt is in his 4th year at a power 5 college. The statements people make about kids that come from other states is pure garbage. coming from Florida may prepare you better for the first year but after that it evens out. don't compare Texas HS football experience to playing BCS level football. There is no comparison at all.

NY kids don't even get to do spring practice, and definitely don't have nearly the year round 7-on-7 stuff to the extent that the football factory states do. Ultimately, talent wins out, but if you don't think it has an impact, you're being a bit naive.

you are correct and a huddle would help those issues.

Good point and those injuries have probably screwed up a bit of the timing but on the good side of that a lot of guys have played and shown some positive things. That said...Clemson will be a lot more noisy than Wake was so their work is definitely cut out for them.

All in all I'm happy with the offensive performance. No Broyld, Estime, Miller, Foy...

Steve Ishmael gets better every week. I feel pretty good when SU can run out a group of Ish, West, Broyld, and Estime (when all healthy).

I think Josh Parris is poised for a monster game before the season is done. I think the change in offensive philosophy will benefit him a lot.

It did against BC when Lester called that game.
