Post your parking selection day assignments here

Ok I'm on the site, mycuse accnt, I go in about 15 min. Where do you go on the site for the parking selection? Anyone know, thx.

I think that once your time slot comes up you will see a link, but can;t really remember. If any issues call you rep. Connor has Kirby watching for you.

I logged in at 10am...the link was there. I used Chrome and turned off my VPN. No issues. Just select your parking and click and pay. Pretty seamless.

It appeared 50-60 slots left in West (Standart and Fine). I doubt it lasts through tomorrow COB. We'll see.

I bought two, also. JeremyCuse has my extra for Nell and the food for the tailgate. The other one is still TBD but I most likely will be able to give it up to someone else in the Fin Mess.

I think SU gets tough on students parking in lots on Gameday. The Fine Lot always seemed to have dozens of law school students parked. SU will have to enforce this year as demand is way up.
Mark, just got two in the west lot. Let me know who wants them. Mike

I had some friends get tied up in traffic on I-81 in PA before the LSU game. They got to campus about 45 minutes before kickoff, and the Fine lot had been full for 2 hours. They got turned away at the Standart lot because it was full. They had to drive through game traffic to Skytop, take the bus down, and missed the opening kick. They were...not happy.

It really all comes down to what percentage of the available spots did SU sell passes for. If they aren't going to move the students, that's their prerogative. But you can't take a lot with 500 spaces and sell 200 student parking permits and 400 game day passes. It's worked out okay for 20 years because there were enough no-shows to every game.

WOW, hadn't heard that one before. I would be livid. I am usually there way before but if your paying for west lot parking you should be able to get a spot somewhere in that area. To make someone park at skytop who paid that kind of money is insane. Your last point is spot on, if there not going to enforce it then they need to sell a smaller number of passes. If not there going to have Armageddon on their hands.

Consigliere (Mark C.) is the POC for that. Thanks so much. We need to make sure all the key players are covered in the tailgate and then we can sell the rest to regular attendees.

Mike -

That would be wonderful! If you can get two additional West Lot passes we'll pair you up with guys in need when the dust settles. Since Domedog84 responded first, you can give him right of first refusal but we'll take whatever you can get!

Confirm here when purchased and we'll align for reimbursement.
I have the two passes but that is all I can get. Glad to help the Fine Lot Tailgating cause.
You guys figure out who gets them and we will work out the details Mike

Hey SUmike, we will have a PM sent to you. Thanks!

Ordinarily I'd suggest inviting Mike to a Fine Mess tailgate to thank him, but if he's the Mike I think he is...let's just say he's got a pretty sweet party going on up at Carnegie.

I just did mine. I think. When the process was over I got the same box telling me I had 9 days, so many hours, minutes and seconds to select a slot. I'd already printed out a confirmation. I got a nice spot in Manley South, (away from the only exit they let you use) so I won't get snookered by the traffic). Nobody better have taken that spot when I get there. I don't want it to be like "my" overhead compartment in an airliner.

No problem...glad to help. Not sure how to do the PM thing.

No worries. If you look in the upper top right hand corner there is a series of symbols including your avatar a little bell a magnifying glass and an envelope. The little envelope is where the private messages come in from. You will get a red notice when you have a message.

They have assigned spaces in Manley now?

All set got in the west lot! Err henry and standart now, and the link just popped up at my designated time, good luck to the rest of our crew!

Mike -

Did you get the two you needed (to cover catered game) or just one?

I was able to get a spot in the Waverly Lot this morning at 9:32 a.m. Process was seamless online.

Happy to be in Waverly since it is an easy walk to the quad for pregame ’Cuse on the Quad tent and post game at the Varsity!!

I am not sure they are assigned spaces but the method they are using to determine how slots are left in each lot.

My confirmation says "Row 3, Seat 4, the "seat" being the parking space I selected.

I got an E-mail form Kirby Weinhauer acknowledging that i have bought my spot so I can ignore the fact that the box with the count down popped up after I was finished.

Just spoke with Connor. The "seat assignments" are just for internal purposes. North and South Manley are still first come first served.

I can’t wait until they do this with season tickets and people who have been in same seats for years are displaced based on donor rank.

If they reduce dome seating at all you know it’s coming.

Isn't that what the "preferred seating donation" is about?

What internal purpose? What did I just pay $100 for?

I am not a number, I am a free man!
