Believe that SDSU was gifted the Qualcomm Stadium area for pennies on the dollar not too long ago so could be about the stadium, but the timing of this "major" announcement is probably bad for us.

Could be as simple as the AD and Rocky will be parting ways and they will be commencing with a new search immediately. If I am the AD and knew my HC was leaving, I would not be slowing down my process. I would thank him, wish him luck in his new endeavors and move on.
