Yeah Ryan is his fake account I think, Zach is the real one. Could he be just some psycho that wanted to get on the news? I mean theoreticaly I can claim that Fine abused me 15 years ago in some hotel and there are no witnesses or physical evidence.

Not saying Fine is innocent but that anyone who is mentally unstable can make a claim with no evidence to back it up. Especially people with suspect backgrounds.

Didn't the report say that they got the warrant because Zach knew what the inside of the Fine house looked like? Zach (Ryan) admitted on Facebook that he talked to Davis numerous times.

Of course, if the accuser is being accused of a similar crime, his credibility may be harmed. However, the search warrant on Fine's house was a direct result of this new accusation.

SOL doesn't matter for third accuser since there is no evidence though. There is still no legal case against Fine, none.

Of course most of the damage will come wether or not there is any trial.

he gave a detailed description of the trip to the pitt game including riding the bus, a team dinner, etc. i am sure they will be able to verify whatever facts he provided short of abuse. so like davis, i'm not so sure it is just some unstable person making wild claims with no evidence.

Also, if you go via Google, it's Ryan. But when you click the FB link, it shows up as Zach. That's recent.

I'm a little confused by your response.

How can you say the SOL doesn't matter for the third accuser since there is no evidence?

First SOL always matters.

Second, third accuser is 23 years old, which would mean his reporting of the crime is still within the 5 year SOL.

Third, it doesn't matter what happened with Davis and Lang, this new accusation can be treated as a separate crime and investigated as such.

The Laurie Fine tape, while damaging to Bernie's credibility, really shouldn't have any result on the criminal prosecution of Fine within the State of NY, for crimes he committed against Davis and Lang.

However, new accuser = new crime. With it are all sorts of new problems. People are focused on the tape, but lost sight of the new problems that have surfaced.
