I'm not trying to be argumentative, I know AAM is capable of making a catch, but to me he is our worst option out of the backfield, catching the ball on third down.

Least likely option. So the other team wouldn't expect it. If it's thrown in front of him it's a 10 yard gain because they didn't have it covered. It was thrown 2 yards behind him which none if them would have caught. So it was a good play. But you can't use him in that play a lot cause then the other team may look for it and it wouldn't work as well since he has no juke.
