I've lead sales teams for years. Very simply put there are a lot of ways you can be successful in sales, or recruiting in this case, but in certain businesses swagger is an absolute must. When dealing with these younger kids, they have to see that you can hold your own. Monroe has that for sure. The key is to balance swagger and not let it tip into arrogance.
