Like, on the one hand, did we really expect to be in a situation where a drive with the clock running out would decide the game?

We were in that spot because we played one of our best games of the season.

But we had no possible concept of what to do once we got there. Yeah, we definitely needed Rex to be smarter. But that run call on 1st down was baffling and feels like the first domino in our death spiral.
