He's still a top 25 draft pick if he leaves the year now.
Hate to break it to you guys.
noticed that tooFor those who can read lips, Boeheim gets what looks like a progress report at the 7:50 break in the first half. All I could tell is Boeheim saying "OK." Couldn't read Brad Pike's lips.
I wouldn't be overly happy either...he barely if ever plays. It's not easy to sit and watch and not get to play.BJ looks pretty unhappy on the bench. Maybe this will work out for him, or he'll discover what he already knew.

I'm not saying he deserves time but just it can't be easy.
anyone have a screen shot of the play (stepped away from the tube for a minute)?
Mike - his right knee slid in laterally towards his left knee. It was bad. Can't imagine we see him again this year...
ACL, MCL, PCL?
so we agree. Thanks pal. Next time just hit the like button. He doesn't. Moving on.
just saw it. ACL for sure, greater than 50% chance the MCL to some degree too along with cartilage damage to his meniscus is very possible. You're right done for a full year if it's all that, 8-10 months with just the ACL by itself or with the ACL an a grade 1 or two to MCL (not torn all the way through). That looked similar the kid I think it was kentucky a year or two back which just blows me away to see these things happen from non traumatic(impact) injuries as much as traumatic ones now,Mike - his right knee slid in laterally towards his left knee. Funny you mention the Noel injury...I YouTubed it after the game. Had its similarities definitely with how the knee bent when coming down after a jump. Noel was yelling in pain immediately. It really sucksjust saw it. ACL for sure, greater than 50% chance the MCL to some degree too along with cartilage damage to his meniscus is very possible. Luckily it's 2015 and not 1985 as he can come back full strength and then some in the Willis Maghee mode with either one.
Looks like this board won't have Chris to kick around anymore.
Hope to god it's nothing but it rarely ever is nothing.
It would be better than an ACL tear.Is that good or bad?
Yes it's 100% ACL. Literally the exact same jump and awkward land from when I tore mine. The second it happened I said ACL. Of course I wasn't above the rim, more of a 6 inch vertical.just saw it. It's honestly shocking to me that there aren't more ankle or knee injuries in all of basketball.
We're talking about guys with 30+ inch verticals jumping up together and landing with massive feet.
It's insane.
This kind of thinking is toxic, seriously. "Well, if it's a serious career endangering injury he'll be forced to come back to us!"
