What is better for the program?

The man stayed here 40 years. He couldve made millions more elsewhere. I think he is very interested in what happens 3 to 4 years down the road and beyond that. He is syracuse basketball. He cares about his legacy. I think he would've retired sooner if not for the sanctions. so to answer your question, i absolutely do.

I am sure he cares about what happens to the program years down the road, but when you are 70 years old, you never know when next year could be your last year coaching, I am sure he is thinking about next year first and foremost.

In today's college game you maximize your chances for the next season. Too many things can happen over one year, let alone two or three. Plus I think we'll get relief from the scholie limit.

The school we all hate that won 4 national championships did it with strong upper classmen point guard play. Maybe that's a clue as to what we should be doing. It seems to me we should try to recruit one extra PG who's not 6'5" for some upper classmen experience. Maybe this is the wrong approach. I just think we should try to watch what other programs do to be successful on offense.
