Betances has value if you guys wanted to trade off the major league roster.
Yankees should send Green down to the minors and stretch him out to be a starter.
Warren/Green are kinda the same thing in the bullpen.

Looks like it may be either Green or Holder...they both have options remaining and are righties. Shreve doesn't have any options remaining and he is a leftie...

Doesn't seem like we gave up a lot to be honest unless Drury gets it going again. Obviously he would have been a nice piece to have for the next few seasons but with Andujar and Torres and to a much lesser extent Wade we have options for multiple years moving forward. If the Yankees don't go after Machado in FA it might make sense to re-sign Walker as a utility veteran guy.
 
Just a technical question, with the trade, since we lose Drury, can we recall Tyler Wade? I don't think we can since its not an injury and he hasn't been down ten days. Ronald Torreyes is healthy now, maybe Austin?

Torreyes was never injured. His wife was sick and he took a leave of absence. He was at Single A Tampa yesterday.

I know Torreyes wasn't injured. I'm just saying as a call up possibility with Drury gone.
Edit: My bad, I did say he is healthy now. Mistype. Meant he is available.
 
Depending on how much the Yankees will owe Happ, they may have room to add another player and still stay under the penalty threshold...
 
Happ is an okay starter but I like the price paid for Eovaldi over the price paid for Happ when both are rentals.

Happ is better but he doesn’t scare you and Eovaldi’s stuff can be good. Happ is just a 3rd starter and Eovaldi a 5.

Happ has a good record vs the sux...which increases his value to the Yankees...
