I don’t think developing bigs is the problem. It’s how we use them. JB doesn’t look for post up bigs, but bigs who can be successful on the defensive end.

JB does look to post up bigs when we have bigs with the skills to post up. Rak. RJ. AO. Junior and senior year Watkins. He changes his scheme to match the personnel. The assistant coaches need to do a better job communicating that fact.

Exactly. You work with what you have. (That's on our coaches because they are the ones that have recruited the players and they have made public comments about our bigs this year) but we use them when we have the type of bigs that can be used. I'm sure the staff is telling him all the right things! Rak is good example to use for Frank.

Ya some guy are just that good. I could have coached Zion Williamson. Look at a guyike Hughes guy could barely see the court at ecu. He comes here and leads the acc in scoring and could be a first round pick. That's hard work and development.

See, now that’s an argument for why kids should come here that I can get behind. Much more so than the we’re the superior program, so it must be the money argument.

I was second closest to Andrew White situation of anyone on this board. And though an unpopular thread (chicken in the egg).

I had sources very close to Mike and somewhat close to Jim that collaborated that what was brought to the public and the media was not exactly how it went down.

Jeremy Shapiro conducted a remarkably awful interview. How could you not ask about where he is leaning, what his timetable is, where the other finalists sit?

I don’t know. Maybe I am spoiled by all the Newhouse grads around, and other fine journalists like Mike Waters and Donna Ditota. Maybe I expect too much. Or maybe there are some really journalists out there. Does this guy even have a journalism degree? It looks like he works for himself.
