The melody is basically the same as "He's So Fine", a 1960s hit by The Chiffons. George was found guilty of plagiarism because of this but I'm sure it was unintentional - regardless, it's a good song.....

it's funny . . . George was completely in the shadows of McCartney and Lennon musically while the band was together, but I think All Things Must Pass is the single best solo album of all the Beatles.
