Sounds great but where would the $500M come from for it?As the school moves to build more student housing on campus, south campus will become more and more vacant. Really emphasizing the potential mistake of not building a new facility on south campus with ample parking to tailgate.
Oh well…

So updating the Sheraton was too expensive or the school realized they needed a hotel near campus? This will replace my parking spot. I confirmed that it will not be available for the 2025 season so I assume that means there will be at least some construction there relatively soon.
I think it's more they got caught in a short term bind when more kids said yes than they expected and they needed housing right away vs. waiting for new builds to come online. So updating the Sheraton was too expensive or the school realized they needed a hotel near campus?
No, I know. But I also know that the decision to update the dome was not purely a financial decision. They wanted to keep it on campus. And it was less expensive…it was a “no brainer” for some.Sounds great but where would the $500M come from for it?
Just seeing this. Graduate has a hotel right next to the U of Arizona. Beautiful hotel but $$$$$Nice. Graduate by Hilton, as expected. The footprint of the university continues to slowly creep further north…..
It’s crazy how 35 year old guys went to college in the 80s.That dude on the right looks like Jeff Daniels

Wasn't that the punchline in a film to an observation by a 30-something guy who visited the local high school?I Keep Getting Older And They Keep Staying The Same Age.
