As the school moves to build more student housing on campus, south campus will become more and more vacant. Really emphasizing the potential mistake of not building a new facility on south campus with ample parking to tailgate.

This will replace my parking spot. I confirmed that it (parking) will not be available for the 2025 season so I assume that means there will be at least some construction there relatively soon.

I think it's more they got caught in a short term bind when more kids said yes than they expected and they needed housing right away vs. waiting for new builds to come online.

As someone who used to stay in the Sheraton, I dont mind getting a nice new hotel vs. staying in the old rooms there though. It was dated. let students live there.

No, I know. But I also know that the decision to update the dome was not purely a financial decision. They wanted to keep it on campus. And it was less expensive…it was a “no brainer” for some.
