And I think Syracuse feels the same way.

The problem is funding. Find a corporation or a donor that will fund it and they will do it in a heart beat

Agreed. Community grid was selected because the state wanted the cheapest, politically correct solution. That's usually not a harbinger of doing things the right way. Not necessarily saying rebuilding the viaduct was the best option, either.
