Agree.

It is a terrific location. Not sure about where people will park but I really like the design. It fits in with the existing buildings and actually looks tasteful and attractive. A big rooftop bar is going to be really popular on nice summer nights.

They are incorporating a 3 story parking garage into the building. Apparently they want to keep the 1960s retro vertical "P A R K" letters for the new hotel.

I like the funky homage to the old days.

Especially given there is actually parking inside...

Surprised they will try to give this a local branding which contrasts the Hotel Syracuse relabeled as a Marriott.
