Consistently last in the ACC in recruitingWe've been ranked in the top 25 3 of the last 5 seasons
25 players under Dino at Cuse have signed NFL contracts (yes I'm counting undrafted free agents because I can )
2018 still counts for something (yes I know it's been 5 years)
With a few bounces our way those 5-7 seasons become 6-6 and we've hit 3 or 4 bowls in 5 seasons
The defense was top 25 last two seasons
Should have a top 50 recruiting class this year
Works the portal well
Just some thoughts I don't know feel at this point in the season we can say 100% yes firing Dino is the answer. Everyone is always going to be all fired up after back to back to back losses.
I'm interested to hear all the fire Dino now folks who would be the replacement?
It isn't the fans jobs to find his replacement. People get paid a lot of money to do just that. Now, if the University wants to pay me to find his replacement, I will come up with some names. Time will tell whether they can do the job or not. But I will promise one thing. The person I hire won't try a fg down 21 pts late in the 3rd quarter. Or punt like in last weeks game. By the way, Dino still has 5 winnable games before we reach that point. We've been ranked in the top 25 3 of the last 5 seasons

I did what was asked from the poster of the threadConsistently last in the ACC in recruiting
18-42 in the ACC in his tenure
mind boggling in game decision making
He has Eric Dungey to thank for his bowl Win and extension in 2018
You are what you’re record says you are
The guy who has turned Holy Cross into a FCS powerhouse or the guy who was our OC for the only special season of our lifetime who is currently putting up crazy numbers at Colorado with an OL worse than oursWe've been ranked in the top 25 3 of the last 5 seasons

Oh yeah, I totally get it's not our job just interested in the names people might think would be a good fit.It isn't the fans jobs to find his replacement. Hate is a pretty strong word. I don’t hate him. I actually like him. I just don’t want him to coach our team anymoreI did what was asked from the poster of the thread
I know you hate Dino at this point
Sean Lewis would be the dreamThe guy who has turned Holy Cross into a FCS powerhouse or the guy who was our OC for the only special season of our lifetime who is currently putting up crazy numbers at Colorado with an OL worse than ours
It’s not the fans job to find HC replacements. Outside of being ranked at the end of 2018, what has that really done for Cuse? We've been ranked in the top 25 3 of the last 5 seasons

Fair I should have chosen my words better. I know you are over him at Cuse.Hate is a pretty strong word. I don’t hate him. I actually like him. I just don’t want him to coach our team anymore
Just stating factsIt’s not the fans job to find HC replacements. Outside of being ranked at the end of 2018, what has that really done for Cuse?
I just wonder if he has the kind of relationship with Dino where he wouldn't want to "take his job"Sean Lewis would be the dream
We always underperform coming out of a bye week. I totally expect to lose that gameWhen we get shlacked coming off a bye week at Virginia Tech, I assume many will change their minds
Good snark. What the board does have is people who wouldn't try a 57 yard field goal in that situation. Or Punt last week. Or try a FG this week. I think the people here wouldn't have done any of those things so they have that going for them.Oh yeah, I totally get it's not our job just interested in the names people might think would be a good fit.
Figured this board has WORLD CLASS OCs, DCs, Special teams coaches, and several concussion specialists that one of these folks would be an expert on hiring coaches
Maybe but running a P5 school you are already familiar with might be enoughI just wonder if he has the kind of relationship with Dino where he wouldn't want to "take his job"
No. This is a business. If he thought it was the right job for him, he would take it if his brother had been fired.I just wonder if he has the kind of relationship with Dino where he wouldn't want to "take his job"
I layed the snark on as thick as possibleGood snark. What the board does have is people who wouldn't try a 57 yard field goal in that situation. Or Punt last week. Or try a FG this week. I think the people here wouldn't have done any of those things so they have that going for them.
I can’t believe so many are so confident in that one. We just lost by 40 two straight weeks. VT would do worse??!! Doubt it. They played FSU much closer than we did. When we get shlacked coming off a bye week at Virginia Tech, I assume many will change their minds
Thing is, I’m not sure the environment in Blacksburg is going to be that bad.Mostly I think the kids don’t believe in him anymore, which is different than saying they’ve quit on him.
They really like him so they won’t quit, but They gotta be questioning it all and know the stupid decisions that he is making, ones that make no sense and then he really hasn’t stood up for them by making a big enough stink about the treatment at the hands of refs in The two previous games before this one.
The season won’t end well, starting at vt in that environment. Barring an exorcism, it is going to be really hard to get them to believe in themselves again, and the staff I don’t think I can do it.
If I were his boss, I’d say they have to finish 3–2 to keep his job. That happens and I’m wrong in my takes here in this post.
I just don't understand why the Eagles can get two yards whenever they want with a QB sneak, but we can't get 6 inches?!I layed the snark on as thick as possible
The board did diagnose Dungey with 6-7 concussions
I also enjoy it when they are able to make the perfect call after the play
Thing is, I’m not sure the environment in Blacksburg is going to be that bad.
It’s a night game, but they’re not good and it’s a Thursday. This ain’t the 90s, Thursday night games aren’t special anymore. People watch the NFL.
I suspect we’ll see a lot of empty seats and a crowd that’ll be quiet if we punch them in the mouth early.
