I hope Red isn't being too idealistic. My daughter's softball team for instance, everyone gets along and they support each other, but they are still winless halfway through the season. Coach isn't happy and it's starting to wear on them mentally.

- I hope "a few different places" might mean europe/international - a lot of talent out there to be had!

This has been hashed out over and over and over again. People share what they can, so as not to burn their sources.


I'm really not sure what people don't get about that.
